A man cut off his own leg using only a hacksaw and a small knife and penggaru back wrapped in a towel because he could not afford the hospital bills.
According to Shanghaiist.com, Zheng Yanliang, 47, from Boading city, China, began suffering from bouts of pain in his stomach and then to his legs. He was diagnosed with major arterial thrombosis in both legs.
