Rihanna confidently appeared under the spotlight with the dress that reveals almost her entire body at the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards ( CFDAs ) in New York recently.

Rihanna totally outdid herself at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York as she stepped out in a completely see through Adam Selman dress.

In accordance to her nude dress, Rihanna won the Fashion Icon Award at the ceremony. The Diamonds singer glittered in a racy sheer embellished halter dress to show off every inch of her slim figure.

The naughty outfit comprised of a total of 216,000 Swarovski crystals left nothing to the imagination as Rihanna took a star turn on the carpet in her backless dress.

Maybe her daring dress that reveals everything was worth her appearence as all her assets seem to be unbelievably attractive to bring Rihanna as Fashion Icon Award recipient .
