A Kelantanese man was charged in the Sessions Court for inserting a finger into the his 15-year-old daughter's genital, in April this year.
The 37-year-old who was accused however, pleaded not guilty to the charges before Judge Mohd Yusoff Yunus. The court did not set bail and set July 17 for the hearing.
According to the charge, he was accused of having sex by inserting a finger into the victim's genital who was 15 then, in a house in Kampung Kenor, Kuala Krai, between 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm in April 2014.
He was charged under section 377CA of the Penal Code which provides a maximum 20 years jail and whipping upon conviction.
